The amount of fabric depends on the size of your machine. But, an average machine will take:
0.5 meter - front & top & sides
Some panels will work nicely depending on the size of your machine.
Fat Quarter if machine is not longer then 20" for the back
0.25 meter for binding
1 meter lining - muslin is fine
0.75 meter batting
