Dress has gathered skirt, double bodice, extended shoulders that fold back, patch pockets with top edges that fold down, and center back button closure. Hat (in sizes S, M, L, XL) is double, with six panel crown, brim, and chin straps with hook and loop closure. Hat is reversible. Inside bodice, inside pockets, inside hat, and bloomers are from contrast fabric. Bloomers have elastic in casings at waist and leg openings. Pattern includes ¼" (6 mm) seam allowances.
